**Zero Refund Policy for 1:1 Coaching Sessions**
Thank you for choosing our coaching services. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. **No Refunds: **
- All payments for 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable.
- Once a session is booked and paid for, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. **Rescheduling: **
- Clients may reschedule their coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.
- To reschedule, please contact coachstevensmith@ratedredsworld.com as soon as possible.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered completed.
3. **Missed Sessions:**
- If a client misses a session without prior notice or attempts to reschedule within the 24-hour window, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. **Emergency Situations:**
- In the event of an emergency, please contact us immediately. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
5. **Cancellations by Coach:**
- In the unlikely event that the coach needs to cancel a session, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
6. All Autographed Book orders will have a 14-day processing to ensure the product is in stock or ordered
7. All Holidays are unavailable for 1:1 Coaching Session unless an upcharge fee is agreed upon between Coach and client.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this zero refund policy.
